Childbirth Education Class
Four week series, Tuesdays 6 - 8 PM
A comprehensive and interactive birthing course for families planning either home, birth center or hospital delivery. Topics include stages of labor, comfort measures and how to deal with pain, breastfeeding, and all of your options in childbirth and with your newborn. If you are planning a homebirth or to give birth at a birth center, or you are planning a hospital birth and want to know how to optimize your chances of a natural birth, this course will give you the information you need to feel prepared and informed.

NAMI Basics
NAMI Basics is a free, six-week program designed for parents and other family caregivers of children and adolescents (up to age 22) with emotional and behavioral difficulties. NAMI Basics helps caregivers understand the illnesses that are causing those behavioral difficulties, and the critical role families play in the treatment of those illnesses. Taught by trained facilitators -parents who have “been there”.
